Within tracker, user can upload / attach files to a ticket in 2 ways:
- From “status / comment” tab, by using the “Browse” button.
- From “Attachments “tab, by using “Add attachment” button.
Depending on the way user will use, capabilities and limitation are not the same (for same result: adding an attachment).

-> Can you align behavior, and make sure that:
- There isn’t any file size limitation
- Multiple files can be uploaded at same time
