TF 19.0 does not support baseline monitoring.
It would be great when Collabnet would implement this feature.
As PM or Quality officer, I need information about new baselines and status changes.

Monitor baseline application

In 19.0, user can monitor a baseline by clicking on the bell icon on the top right corner when viewing a baseline. Monitoring users will be notified via email on any changes to that baseline. Please reach out to CNV1 Support team for any clarification
