The Tortoise SVN should remember the selected query. At the moment it opens with "Query: Select...". So the user always has to manually to do something - even if he/she always uses only one query.

If the plugin would automatically select the last used query, the chance would be very high, that the user can just select an artifact. Alternatively the configuration could also allow to define a default query.
