I would like to see a plugin for Tortoise SVN that shows the assigned artifacts of the user. It should allow to paste the artifact id into the comment. I think this exists already for the eclipse plugin, but we are not using eclipse as IDE.

Something similar for VersionOne seems to exist. Maybe this can be extended...

• The plugin is part of the CollabNet Desktop - Windows Edition.
  It can be downloaded here:

  Then you can use the plugin in TSVN. Even without using the CollabNet Desktop.

  I was able to make the configuration on Tortoise SVN and it works very well. But I was not able to make it work on Tortoise Git. Is it supported? Is there any documentation around it?
