Within tracker, it isn’t currently possible to add a default value within “Description” attribute.
Is it possible to add a default value (I have in mind to add some mandatory info that ticket creator must provide) within “Description” attribute.

• I would like to have a default for any attribute. This allows to define a templete for more structured input, e.g.
  [test steps]
  [observation]
  [...]
