There have been a few times where customer has shot themselves in the foot by doing "delete" project. Once that is deleted, it is soo hard to retrieve all that information and causes big heartaches for a customer

From the customer end, we suggest to do something different instead of completely deleting project.
Proposal
When clicking "delete" on project, I recommend we "lock" and "hide" the project from view. This will then go to a different location that we can then restore any projects that have been deleted.
