Customers and even I have issues with the new email format for artifact emails that come from teamforge (well not that new anymore, but I upgraded customer to 17.8).
1. In the new email format starting around TF17.8
On the top of email it shows the artifact#, there is no indication that it is a link. It would be nice to maybe have an underline under the artf# to show it's a link.
2. Customer also complains that the full url is now missing and there is no easy way to copy/paste the full url to email to someone. I also agree that there should be a full url to the artf# in the email. So I would recommend add the full url right next to the artf# on the top of the email

There is a "View Artifact" link on the bottom right of the email. Currently we do not have plans to update the existing design
