In the tracker attributes configuration, a single-select attribute can be defined as Parent to another attribute to be able to define coherent values.
But, once an attribute is selected as Parent for one attribute, it cannot be set for another one.
I don't see why this is restricted. I think it should be possible to have one attribute with multiple child attributes.
