Currently, if a user does not have any access to view a page or a project but he receives the link in any other way, he gets a generic message "Page can not be found". He cannot even differentiate if the link is wrong and really does not exist, or that it exists but he does not have access.
At the same time, the projects are confidential, so cannot be set as Gated or Public.

Proposal is to display a generic page, without any information on the project (maybe only its name). In this page, the user can request access to the project. The request arrives to the Project Admin and he has to accept or reject.
