In the System Administrator section under log files, add an option to download the log file instead of opening them up in a browser window. This would make it easier to download logs for support as well as being able to open the file up in a program where we could more easily search

  • Have you tried to right-click on the log file hyperlink and then select "Save file as..." option? Would this help in downloading the log files and then open it up in another program of choice?
