For more usability, the user should be able to relate tracker artifacts by simple drag&drop action.
For example in existing view (e.g. list/plan/track/kanban), if an artifact is dragged on top of another artifact it will ask the user to set an association or dependency between the 2 artifacts.
This can be implemented in any view, since it is only a drag and drop operation.
Currently, users need to treat each artifact individually, enter the artifact ID (if it is not in the recently viewed/edited list) and relate another artifact as child or parent.
It would be useful to have this option available with a simple drag&drop of artifact to another artifact.
