Add the ability to change the parent of an artifact.
On dependencies section, there is an option to remove existing parent and then to add a new one. It would be good if there was another button (i.e. change) which would allow the user to simultaneously remove old parent/add new parent in one operation. It saves time and is more effective.

Noha, we will consider this usability improvement as part of our future roadmap
This is extremely important when using User Stories and child Tasks in sprints. Unfortunately we have in reality to adapt our Task list during (at then end of)a sprint. We have to move often few tasks to the next sprint due to unforeseen situations.
This means that we want to select the Tasks and move them all together to a next parent.
This is desired in one go.
The planning folder is by design different (planning folder represents the sprint).
If this feature is implemented many more people will stay on Trackers.
Currently we see a lot of people switching to Jira due to the pragmatic pain when working with Trackers, especially w.r.t. the point:
Artifacts are not finished and have to be moved to another planning folder, which implies a reparent action.
