When a disabled user attempts to log into TeamForge, they get set to a page that provides the useless: "Your account is currently disabled. Please contact your TeamForge administrator." message.

Users rarely know who the TeamForge administrator is.
Currently it is not possible to update that message so it can provide actual contact information.
