In Teamforge 17.11 and 18.x, the artifact attachment size is hard-coded to 25 MB in the GUI.
This is very low in some situations, for example when we exchange defects with suppliers or with customers, we can't attach traces to the artifact.
Workaround through docs and file releases are possible but require more steps for the user and they are less user friendly.
It would be nice to have a configuration parameter in site-options.conf to define the maximum size of attachments.

In 19.0, we have introduced an site option token to configure the artifact attachment max size. The artifact attachment max size applies to an individual attachment i.e. the size of a single attachment cannot exceed the configured limit.
The configured limit applies to attachments that are uploaded via the artifact detail view as well as "Attachments" tab
