Visibility control for LOVs to be added to System-defined (Configurable) fields like Category in a tracker .
Fields like category have Visible checkbox against each field value that controls the visibility of a specific LOV for that field.
There are situations where a particular category LOV is no longer required in a dropdown, but it cannot be removed since previous artifacts have used it. In such scenarios, disabling the value helps to hide it from user selecting it going forward from the day of implementing the change.
