Currently, when an artifact is opened and scrolled down, we see comments in order. When comment count increases like 50 - 100 or more, user has to scroll the page all the way down and sometimes the initial comments takes longer to load.
It will be better to have Expand/Collapse option in artifact comments section such that if user wants to see comment #10, expanding it directly shows the particular comment alone instead of loading the entire comments history.
