we'd like to have a way to report hours spent during a given time frame for each individual. again this could be done using the artifacts widget in the workspace dashboard however the widget is lacking the possibility to extract hours logged within a timeframe and it's not possible to extract data in a timeframe for all projects.
it could also be done via a report however reports lack the possibility to gather data from all projects and filter that by the list of individuals/teams.
ideally the report shall be parametrizable by the following:
- list of individual users or groups to report for
- start and end date
- optionally project group filtering, by default data shall be gathered for all projects

the resulting report shall list the individuals and the hours logged during the selected period with the possibility to drill down and check how these hours have been allocated for the various projects/artifacts
