Is there a way to switch between text mode vs non text mode (i.e html) during comment entry, if possible.
It should be a warning notification, that items inside the angled brackets are going to be not visible.
Expecting a way to force preview not manually clicking to preview, i.e show a preview when you submit to let the user confirm what is going to be displayed.
It should be a way to view original text when viewing the ticket. i.e, disable html decoding when some other user wants to see the comment.
