We have projects which run for several years and release evey 2 weeks.
The number of planning folders and file releases gets very high.
In some views, there is an option to reduce the selection lists of planning folders or file releases, e.g. "Show Pending/Obsolete releases"

In other views this is not possible. This makes it very hard for developpers to select the correct planning folders/file release.

It would be very great when you add an option to reduce the selection lists for the fields in the views:
- create planning folder: File Release
- create baseline: Planning Folder
- create baseline: Package/Release Name
