Currently in CTF 19.0, there is no option for providing single wiki view/edit permission to a person. We can only provide edit/view access to all the wiki pages.

Scenario: If there is a project A with 4 wiki pages, then i should be able to make few roles can only view 1 wiki page, and other 3 wiki pages should not be available for view.
