At the moment all boards need to be based on planning folders. But it should be possible to show a board independent of the planning folder.

Example
A project uses planning folders for a "Project View" and teams for a "Team View". A team does not only work on one project. A project uses different teams.
Now the project manager wants to have a Project View (e.g. as kanban) to see which tasks are open for the project. But the team lead also wants to see the Team View to see which tasks are open for the team. At the moment the Project View can be done, but not the Team View - as a dedicated planning folder has to be selected.
