Within Kanban view, some additional tickets info could be displayed:
life duration of each ticket since its creation and even better if it could be possible to show with a specific color (i.e. orange) when duration is exceeding a defined limit?
Maybe a customization mechanism can be added, to allow user to select which tickets info he wants to see on the kanban view.
