Use case
My developers use some abbreviations in tracker title to define the component, subsystem or OEM,
e.g. "[ME][AND]No signal received from ..."
It shall be possible to quickly search for a specific abbreviation
Observation
If I search for "[ME]" it matches all "ME", also without brackets
Change request
If a search string is inside apostrophs, the system shall match the exact string only
