Use case:
My project uses a specific version of a library which rarely or never changes between releases, e.g. firmware, os or standard components.
When I create a baseline definition, I select the needed repositories and tags.
But when I create a baseline, the tags are not pre-selected. I need to select it for every repository.

Change request
When I create a new baseline based on a baseline definition which contains repositories with tags,
the system shall pre-select the repositories with the tags.
