Improved wiki page portability.

Each site has their own wiki.
To make TeamForge more efficient, we have to migrate wiki pages.
Then, TeamForge's project-specific wiki will be used even more.
Each site does not need to create another wiki server.

To do this, you need tools and functions that allow you to easily port the existing wiki pages to your site.

We want these tools and features to be developed in Collabnet.
