In TF 19, the user cannot modify the contents of a baseline after creation.
This is a big issue for users, when they did some wrong selection.
It should be possible that the user can add or remove objects in the Baseline as long as the baseline is in the first status "prepared".

The current workflow design is based on initial discussions with Valeo. With that said, we can look into this further as part of the future roadmap
"Save as Draft" option is now available within Baselines which can address this concern
