The tag field is not an available column to choose when exporting to excel.
Please make the tag field exportable.

Starting TF 20.3, Tags field is available within Export feature in Trackers and Planning Folders list views as well Tracker and Planning Folders Search. In addition, Tags are also available for export from Table Tracker report.
