A user needs to create a baseline "Release_1.0", but forgets to add a repository.
The user rejects the baseline and wants to create a new one with the same name.
The system rejects this.
But for the user it is very important to have a correct baseline with the requested name.
We urgently need the function:
- delete baseline
- rename baseline

We will consider this as part of our short term roadmap.
A new permission "Delete Baselines" will be available for selection to assign to a role
Any user with this permission will have the ability to delete a baseline which has not been approved. The baseline can be intransit within the workflow or rejected
Regarding renaming a baseline, per the existing functionality, user can edit the baseline title as long as the baseline is not approved/rejected.
Ability to delete a baseline is now available starting TF 20.1
