We would like to be able to sum up efforts per filter configuration. E.g. we would like to see how much effort is assigned to a certain user. At the moment we would need to jump into a report during a planning session. This is not a handy workflow at all.

A much better solution would be if the total efforts would be based on the filter configuration. So by filtering for an assigned user, we would immediately see how much this is. By using the filter, this could work the same way for "remaining efforts per category" or "remaining efforts per status".
